Job description

We are looking for a responsible individual to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for a non-profit organization. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to the director, managers, and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing company’s general administrative activities.
Job responsibilities:

  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, invoices, and purchase requisitions,
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Update and maintain office documents include but not limit to contractor and vendor contact, member contributions, data collecting, and data entry.
  • Assist with event logistics and management
  • Order office supplies for the office as needed.
  • Act as the point of contact for director and managers.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment--copiers, printers, telephone systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, in particular) SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to prioritize work and multitask.
  • Ability to schedule meetings in Outlook calendar.
  • Ability to prepare expense reports.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
