Data Entry Specialist

Per Mar Security Services is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support our growing Sales and Operations teams. This team member's primary responsibility is ensuring all information is accurately entered into our software. A keen attention to detail is required to review documents and navigate multiple software systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate will have these characteristics, as well as a strong customer service attitude. Job attributes:

  • Review quotes from sales representatives for accuracy.
  • Identify missing information and obtain follow-up to complete tasks.
  • Accurately add and review work before acceptance into the software.
  • Review, approve, and process agreements for customers.
  • Assure customer information is submitted to the filing software.
  • Answer calls from internal and external customers.
  • Work 1st shift Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm.
  • Starting pay is $15/hour
