Job description

Pebble Creek Country Club is a fast-paced company looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our Members, guests, and team members.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome on-site members and guests, answer visitor questions, and ensure the reception area is neat, tidy, and welcoming.
  • Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and take accurate messages when needed.
  • Correspondence: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with copying, filing, data entry, and ordering office supplies.
  • Accounting Support: Answer questions regarding statements, billing errors, or disputes. 
  • Process member payments and enter vendor invoices.
  • Scheduling: Maintain appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings. Maintain event reservations.

Qualifications: 
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional attitude and appearance with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
