Job description

We are looking for a highly organized Data Entry & Fulfillment Associate to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our customer orders. You will be the bridge between our sales team, warehouse, and shipping carriers to ensure every package arrives accurately and on time. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a "customer-first" mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing: Review and verify incoming orders for accuracy, pricing, and inventory availability.

  • Logistics Coordination: Schedule shipments and coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers or internal delivery teams.

  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels and alert procurement when inventory is low to prevent backorders.

  • Problem Solving: Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve delays, damages, or lost packages.

  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, tracking information, and returns/exchanges.

  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records in our ERP/OMS (Order Management System) and generate daily fulfillment reports.

Requirements & Skills
  • Experience: 2+ years in logistics, warehouse coordination, or e-commerce fulfillment.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with ERP software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics) and shipping platforms (e.g., ShipStation, FedEx Ship Manager).

  • Detail Oriented: An eagle eye for SKU numbers, shipping addresses, and quantity counts.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for coordinating between departments and handling customer inquiries.

  • Education: High School Diploma required
