Sturgeon Lake Central School is looking for Office Staff


We are seeking friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individuals to join our school office team. These positions support front-office reception duties as well as student information system (MySchoolSask) responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide welcoming and professional front-desk reception for students, families, and visitors
  • Answer phone calls, manage correspondence, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Maintain accurate student records using MySchoolSask (MSS)
  • Assist with attendance tracking, data entry, and reporting
  • Support school administration with scheduling, communication, and general office duties
  • Ensure confidentiality of student and staff information


Qualifications:

  • Office administration experience preferred
  • Experience with MySchoolSask (MSS) or other student information systems is an asset
  • Strong computer and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced school environment
