Now Hiring: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Pipestone, MN or Brandon, SD
Pay: $20-$22/hour (based on experience)

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? PIPESTONE is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team and help ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments across multiple business entities.

What You'll Do:

  • Receive and route invoices to appropriate locations
  • Verify approvals and assign correct general ledger codes
  • Enter invoices into the Accounts Payable system
  • Print checks, obtain signatures, and mail vendor payments
  • Upload ACH files to banking institutions
  • Prepare annual 1099 filings
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity

What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
