Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our organization is looking for a motivated, experienced accounting clerk.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

1.      Responsible for all maintenance accounting procedures, including setting up customers and jobs, preparing requisitions and invoices, recording inventory usage, preparing invoices, and producing management reports.

2.      Responsible for entering and maintaining residential job information.

3.      Enter commercial and residential department change orders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·       Minimum 3 years of experience working as an accounting clerk or a bookkeeper. 

·       Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·       Strong excel knowledge.

·       Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
