In this role, you will manage essential data entry, electronic document filing, and provide exceptional customer service to our staff and the individuals we support. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality phone and in-office support; champion the agency's mission and values.
  • Electronically file billing documents, track missing items in a log, and review time details to report personnel/subcontractor changes.
  • Upload weekly records of client services and maintain active and archived authorization files.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and handle all confidential information with strict discretion.
