Data Entry / Accounting Support

Salary: $20.67 per hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Duties:

  • Data entry and record keeping
  • Reconciliation support
  • General office and accounting assistance
  • Supporting front office operations

Requirements:

  • Strong Excel skills (required)
  • Basic accounting knowledge preferred
  • Ability to reconcile data and understand financial workflows
  • Must be a team player (shared office environment)

Additional Details:

  • Will receive on-the-job training
  • Must pass background check on case by case (financial office access)
  • Must be available to start ASAP
