AM Electric Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative and operational teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining company information and records across internal systems.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working independently, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy while handling repetitive tasks and confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data accurately into company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
  • Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Maintain and organize digital files, documents, and electronic records.
  • Verify information and correct data entry errors promptly.
  • Process invoices, forms, reports, and other administrative documents as assigned.
  • Assist with maintaining customer, vendor, employee, and operational records.
  • Perform routine data verification and quality-control checks.
  • Retrieve and compile information for reports and internal requests.
