We are looking for an experienced Administrative/Data Entry Clerk to join our client's afternoon team in Bolton, ON Shift: 3:30pm-12:00am Monday-Friday Pay: $21.00/hour Responsibilities: - Driver check in (processing pickups and deliveries) - Validating, entering, and checking driver documents to ensure they are correct - Scanning and classifying transportation documents - Checking BOLs, proof of delivery, rate agreements, and quotes in system - Data entry - Filing - Other duties as required Qualifications: - Strong administrative/data entry experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry - TruckMate experience - Strong data entry skills - High attention to detail - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Able to work Monday to Friday on the afternoon shift in Bolton, ON Apply now!
