Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Enter daily production data from manufacturing departments into company systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, production reports, and inventory transactions.
• Process and update purchase orders, receiving documents, and supplier information.
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies with department supervisors.
• Generate routine operational reports for management review.
• Maintain customer order information and update order status as required.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts by entering and validating inventory data.
• File and organize electronic and paper records.
• Support payroll and attendance record processing when assigned.
• Communicate with production and customer service teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree or administrative training preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of data entry experience preferred.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SAP, UKG and Mulita line phone system).

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to use office equipment including computers, telephones, copiers, and scanners.
- Ability to occasionally lift 25 pounds.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, visitors, and customers.
Work Environment
This position is in a manufacturing facility and office environment. The employee may occasionally enter production areas and must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
