The Data Entry Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining accurate and organized data systems. As an individual contributor, this position involves routine daily tasks driven by deadlines, ensuring data integrity and supporting business functions like job costing and purchasing management. The specialist is responsible for entering, verifying, cleaning, and managing data to support efficient record keeping and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and verify data accurately into databases and systems
  • Maintain organized records and file systems
  • Manage and clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Generate reports based on data analysis
  • Support database management and organization
  • Assist with purchasing and inventory management data
  • Adhere to deadlines and follow a fixed daily workflow
  • Support job costing processes through precise data entry

Required Qualifications
