Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Enter daily production data from manufacturing departments into company systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, production reports, and inventory transactions.
• Process and update purchase orders, receiving documents, and supplier information.
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies with department supervisors.
• Generate routine operational reports for management review.
• Maintain customer order information and update order status as required.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts by entering and validating inventory data.
• File and organize electronic and paper records.
• Support payroll and attendance record processing when assigned.
• Communicate with production and customer service teams to ensure data accuracy.
