  • Initial training: In-person, on-site at the Diversify office
  • Post-training: Remote work possible, provided all security protocols and client data compliance requirements are strictly followed

Overview
Diversify is offering a short-term, project-based internship opportunity for Financial Planning students who have completed the Technological Applications in Personal Financial Planning course. This role is designed to support a defined internal project focused on transferring and organizing client data between our CRM database and eMoney.
This internship does not guarantee long-term or permanent employment with Diversify. However, it provides meaningful hands-on experience working alongside CFP® professionals, Paraplanners, and Associate Advisors who actively build and maintain client portfolio reviews within eMoney.
Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and reconcile client data from the CRM system into eMoney
  • Review existing client information for completeness, consistency, and accuracy
  • Follow detailed workflows and documentation standards established by the advisory team
  • Collaborate with CFP® advisors, Paraplanners, and Associate Advisors supporting portfolio reviews
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance when handling sensitive client information
  • Adhere to all firm security policies, especially when working remotely

Required Qualifications
  • Current Financial Planning student or recent graduate
  • Completion of the Technological Applications in Personal Financial Planning course
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Basic familiarity with financial planning concepts and terminology
  • Comfortable working with financial technology platforms and databases
  • Ability to follow structured processes and meet project deadlines

Preferred Skills
  • Prior exposure to eMoney, CRM systems, or similar financial planning software
