Instead, you'll work closely with customers, our production team, and internal departments to accurately process orders, answer questions, and help ensure every project moves smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Do
  • Enter customer orders accurately into our ERP system
  • Review order details for accuracy before processing
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding orders, updates, questions, and timelines
  • Coordinate with production, purchasing, shipping, and other internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Research and resolve order discrepancies or customer concerns
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Provide outstanding customer service with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
Requirements: What We're Looking For
  • Previous customer service and data entry experience is required
  • Experience working with an ERP system is required
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Comfortable using computers, phones, and multiple software programs throughout the day
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
