Guest Service Associate
The Warbler Hotel | New Orleans, LA | Full-Time | $17.00 per hour
The Warbler is a new 58-room boutique hotel opening on New Orleans' historic St. Charles Avenue, home to Mildred's Restaurant & Bar, a café, and a rooftop bar. Learn more at thewarblerhotel.com. We're hiring a Guest Service Associate to help welcome guests and run our Front Desk ahead of our September 2026 opening - reporting to the Guest Service Supervisor.
What You'll Do
  • Welcome and check in guests with warmth, efficiency, and genuine attention to detail
  • Manage reservations, guest accounts, and property management system accuracy
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with follow-through
  • Build real knowledge of the hotel, its restaurant and bars, and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Support Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to keep the guest experience seamless

What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant customer service or hospitality experience
  • Boutique, lifestyle, or independent hotel experience a plus
  • Strong communication skills and composure under pressure
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
