Accounting Associate:
As our Accounting Associate, your dedication to detailed and high-quality work will be instrumental in providing accurate and timely accounting functions to our valued clients. You appreciate clear guidelines and the regimented structure of detailed accounting processes. Clients and team members alike can count on your thorough completion of tasks and your ability to analyze and streamline financial data time and time again. We want you to join our Client Accounting Services team in providing exceptional accounting services to our clients as an Accounting Associate at Haynie & Company.
What you'll need to be our Accounting Associate:
  • Previous bookkeeping and QuickBooks online & desktop version experience
  • Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable / receivable principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Basic computer and math skills, preferably with Excel and Payroll software skills
  • Service-oriented written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Supportive and helpful, while producing highly precise and accurate work
