Job description

Authority Brands is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support our growing Payments Division. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in payment processing and/or consumer financing support. The Operations Specialist will assist in day-to-day operations, support desk activities, merchant onboarding, and data entry tasks related to both payment processing and financing workflows.

This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional looking to grow their skill set and gain exposure to financial operations in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first-line resource on the Payments Support Desk for merchant and franchisee inquiries
  • Assist with onboarding support for merchants enrolling in consumer financing and payment processing platforms
  • Monitor, log, and track support tickets using internal CRM and ticketing systems
  • Escalate issues appropriately while ensuring clear and timely communication to internal teams and franchisees
  • Perform basic data entry and integrity checks related to payment processing setup and consumer financing submissions
  • Support report generation and status updates for team leads and management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, IT, and support partners to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks
  • Stay current on updates to payment systems, lender portals, and internal procedures

Qualifications
