In this role, you'll support several operational departments, ensure data quality, and help maintain a smooth, professional experience for our clients, providers, and internal teams.

What You'll Do


As a Data Entry and Operations Specialist, you'll work across several key operational areas, including:


Data Integrity

  • Communicate daily with medical provider offices to verify demographics
  • Research information, respond to emails, and update internal databases
  • Route questions to the appropriate internal teams

Data Quality

  • Support audits and special projects to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Review client contracts and partner network data
  • Identify trends and share findings with management

Data & Contract Entry

  • Enter provider demographic and reimbursement details
  • Scan, file, and assist with basic reporting
  • Ensure welcome packets and outgoing mail campaigns are completed accurately and on time

Panel Building

  • Build and maintain accurate medical provider panels for workers' compensation clients
  • Log client requests and ensure updates are completed promptly

Reception Support

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors
  • Answer main phone lines and route calls
  • Maintain break areas and manage supply ordering
  • Assist with meeting set-ups, mail distribution, and general office tasks

Requirements

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of clerical or customer service experience-healthcare experience strongly preferred
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
