As a Customer Service Representative at Carolina HVAC and Electrical, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  2. Data Entry: Assist with data entry tasks including updating customer information, maintaining records, and organizing files.
  3. Scheduling: Coordinate office activities and schedules, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and deliveries.
