Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter contract and billing information into Microsoft Word and Excel templates.
  • Review source documents to confirm billing terms, rates, and effective dates prior to data entry.
  • Verify entered data against original documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain organized electronic files and documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Support compliance tracking by ensuring all records are up to date, complete, and easily accessible.
  • Identify and flag discrepancies or missing information and follow up to resolve issues.
