Join a dedicated office team where accuracy, communication, and attention to detail help keep operations running smoothly every day.

Pay & Schedule
  • Starting Pay: $13.00 per hour
  • Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and update information into company systems
  • Organize and manage electronic files, records, and email communication
  • Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Support general administrative and clerical tasks
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel for document and data management
  • Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and data integrity at all times
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and phone skills
