Job Summary
This position coordinates the administrative workflow of multiple construction projects to promote quality service of contracts by designers, construction contractors, and TBR facilities development staff.
Job Duties
  • 20% - 1. Assist with correspondence from designers, Project Managers, and contractors to resolve issues with contract documents to include follow-up on past due dates for receipt of contract documents and signed contracts. - (Essential)
  • 15% - 2. Provide regular validation of license information for insurers, bonding agents, and contractors, pre-review of submitted bids, insurance and bond analysis. - (Essential)
  • 10% - 3. Upload all documents for bids, RFP's, contract documents, Agreements, and procurements awards, enter information and dates, and keep it current. - (Essential)
  • 20% - 4. Correspond with insurance companies and surety companies, update documents and keep them current. - (Essential)
