Responsibilities

  • Help analyze current business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct data analysis and make recommendations to improve productivity and profitability.
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations the Control Tower team.
  • Stay updated with the stations' environment and the various challenges they might face
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
  • Participate in the "Command Center" initiative during peak seasons.
  • Adopt the 3 pillars of the Control Tower: control, plan and execute.
  • The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in operations, logistics, engineering or industrial engineering.
  • Experience or strong interest in data analysis and understanding.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive and solution-driven mindset.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Familiarity with Power BI is an asset.
