Summary of the Job:

The Director, Data Analysis role leads analysts through complex analytics and insights, reporting and dashboarding, automation, AI agentic analytics, and process optimization. This role ensures that data-driven capabilities are seamlessly embedded across partnership operations functions by providing high-quality analytical support, custom reporting solutions, and intelligent process automation.

About This Role:

1. Custom Reporting & Analytical Insights

  • Lead the effort to provide custom analytical and reporting solutions supporting business decisions.
  • Serve as a bridge between business users and data systems to translate business needs into scalable reporting capabilities and analytical outputs.
  • Develop frameworks and templates to standardize and accelerate recurring ad-hoc reporting needs.

2. Process Automation & Cross-Functional Enablement

  • Work with business stakeholders to develop and deliver customized dashboards and analytical insights.
  • Identify, design, and implement process automation opportunities that enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload for analytics and business teams.
  • Partner with Information Technology teams to enhance and improve data capabilities and data tools across in support of the Partnership division.

3. Proactive Data Analysis

  • In addition to receiving and resolving reporting and analytical ticket requests, take the lead in completing proactive data analysis and offering proactive data insights in support of business goals and needs.
  • Facilitate meetings, discussions, and presentations to mid-level and senior-level leaders across the supported lines of business, clearly presenting and explaining data-driven results, insights, and conclusions.

4. AI Agentic Analytics & Automation

  • Participate in the development of Agentic AI semantic models and AI tools requiring data expertise to enable business AI use cases and to drive the use of AI solutions in analytics.
  • Partner with IT data engineering and modeling teams to embed automation and decision intelligence into existing analytics pipelines.

5. Team Development and Talent Pipeline

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in data, reporting, and analytics both to internal team members and other data users across the Bank.
  • Take time to train and share best practices and data insights to newer members of the data organization, specifically interns and lower-level analysts.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, data operations, or business intelligence.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance or another related field. Advanced Degree in quantitative fields is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data automation, analytics platforms (e.g., Python, Snowflake, Visual Studio Code, Power BI, or equivalent), and process optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven automation or reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to translate technical insights into business outcomes.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle stress, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $97,774.00-$166,216.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
