Responsibilities:
  • Support ongoing Operations and Engineering projects, including data collection, analysis, and documentation
  • Assist with automation-related initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity within current operations
  • Support project work related to ETO (Engineer-to-Order) inquiries and operational workflows
  • Assist with the NSF 61 program setup, including documentation support and coordination with internal teams
  • Contribute to the HOU Fast Lane growth model, supporting process improvements and operational scalability
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and tracking tools to support project updates and management reviews
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Production teams on ad hoc improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Interest in manufacturing operations, automation, or continuous improvement
