Make an Impact
We are looking for a Data Engineer who is proficient and experienced across the full dataflow lifecycle from requirements gathering through pipeline development and semantic layer delivery.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and other Azure components.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable SQL database solutions.
  • Advise on and support the creation of the semantic layer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate them into data models.
  • Develop documentation and ensure smooth knowledge transfer for all solutions built.
  • Ensure best practices regarding process quality, observability, and scalability.

What You Should Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in Data Engineering or a related role.
  • Proficiency with Azure technologies, including Azure Data Factory and SQL Server.
  • Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, and advanced table/trigger design for data integrity.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating with various data-serving APIs and transforming data into multiple formats.
  • Excellent understanding of data modeling and database design.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control tools.
  • A strong sense of ownership and the ability to work through ambiguity.

  • Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
