Data Engineer
This position is located at our corporate office in South Sioux City, NE, and offers relocation assistance to the Siouxland area. The role follows a hybrid schedule, with three days in the office and two days remote each week.

What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Assist in developing and enhancing data infrastructure that supports business growth.
- Partner with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.
- Support cloud-based data platforms and contribute to platform enhancements and optimization.
- Apply data engineering best practices related to data quality, reliability, and performance.
- Follow data governance, privacy, and security standards while working with sensitive data.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in a related field or 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Foundational experience or coursework in modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, or similar).
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience with at least one programming language such as Python.
- Understanding of data modeling concepts and data pipeline development.
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
