About the Opportunity

As a Business engineer on our team, you will help grow the crypto ecosystem by identifying new features, product opportunities, and scalable solutions - enabling users and partner businesses to unlock the full potential of OKX's platform.

What You'll Be Doing 
  • Understand and apply knowledge of crypto products, blockchain technologies, and market dynamics to deliver solutions at scale
  • Independently identify stakeholders and align cross-functional partners toward completion of project goals
  • Break down complex engineering projects into executable tasks and partner with all applicable teams
  • Design and build end-to-end mobile systems, from architecture to launch strategy
  • Ship production-quality code with an emphasis on long-term maintainability, in partnership with reviewers, with relevant documentation and test coverage
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback; action feedback from reviews of your own code promptly
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders; share project updates and influence decision-making through data-driven insights
  • Serve as a subject matter expert within the mobile engineering team and provide consultation on domain-level projects
  • Participate in interviewing and onboarding of new team members
What We Look For In You
  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree/experience
  • Experience working in fintech, crypto, or Web3 environments
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Ongoing AI skill development - prompt engineering, agent orchestration, staying current with emerging AI technologies

  • Proven experience shipping production-quality mobile code (iOS and/or Android)
  • Strong proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, or React Native

  • The salary range for this position is $180,000 to $320,000.
  • The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
