Position Overview


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem. This role will be responsible for building custom functionality, implementing integrations, optimizing performance, and ensuring long-term platform stability across multiple business units.


The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to translate business requirements into efficient, sustainable solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools
  • Build and maintain REST integrations with external systems
  • Optimize data models and automation to enhance performance and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Debug and resolve production issues, including governor limit challenges and integration failures
  • Implement data validation rules, security controls, and role-based access models
  • Write unit tests and maintain high code coverage standards
  • Document system architecture, development processes, and technical decisions
  • Perform additional duties as required
