The Job • What You’ll Do

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Engineer to lead complex implementations, define technical standards, and drive architectural improvements. In this role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure our Salesforce platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with strategic business goals. Candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule and be located near the Charlotte, NC office.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop, enforce, and mentor teams on coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Guide integrations between Salesforce and ERPs, marketing platforms, financial services applications, and other external systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data privacy standards.
  • Review technical architecture and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with a proven track record in complex solution design and implementation.
  • Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud; Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Hands‑on experience with system integrations and enterprise architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership, drive platform adoption, and mentor teams.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II or Architect certifications are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $156,000 – $173,000. Eligible for variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.

Hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship not available.
