Salary: Up to $220,000 per year + comprehensive benefits

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and take a leadership role in managing complex electrical construction projects from pre-construction through successful completion.

The Opportunity

The Senior Project Manager will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned projects, including project planning, financial performance, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, client relationships, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and decisive leader who can manage demanding projects while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage major electrical construction projects within the commercial, data center and renewable energy sectors.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in coordination with field teams, general contractors, and other trades.
  • Lead Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect schedule and profitability.
  • Participate in design reviews, construct-ability reviews, value engineering, and pre-construction planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, general contractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Provide leadership and accountability throughout the project team.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a proven electrical construction leader, not simply a project administrator.

You will be someone who understands the technical requirements of complex electrical infrastructure while also having a strong command of project financials, contracts, scheduling, procurement, and client management.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully delivering large, technically complex projects where schedule, quality, safety, and reliability are critical.

You should be confident working directly with senior executives, data center owners, developers, general contractors, engineers, utility representatives, and field leadership.

Most importantly, you will take ownership of your projects and be accountable for delivering exceptional results.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: Up to $220,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

The comprehensive benefits package may include:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution.
  • Paid vacation and holidays.
  • Performance-based bonus/incentive compensation.
  • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance.
  • Company laptop, phone, and technology.
  • Professional development and industry training.
  • Career advancement opportunities.
  • Opportunity to work on major data center and renewable energy projects.
  • Potential long-term leadership and growth opportunities within the organization.

Why Join us?

This is a chance to join one of the leading electrical contractors in California and in some of the most important and rapidly expanding areas of the construction and electrical/energy markets.

You will have the opportunity to lead high-profile projects, work alongside experienced industry professionals, develop major client relationships, and play a meaningful role in the company's continued growth.

If you are an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong electrical construction background and experience in data centers, renewable energy, or other mission-critical infrastructure, we want to hear from you.
