Job description

Basic Function

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Senior Project Manager to support the successful planning and execution of data center, critical infrastructure, and large-scale MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design and construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of construction project management who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, technically complex environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in coordinating design and construction efforts across multiple stakeholders. 
  • Assist in reviewing and interpreting technical documentation, including architectural plans and MEP specifications. 
  • Help maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and action items to ensure clear communication across teams. 
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using scheduling tools. 
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and change order documentation. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to gather and organize project inputs. 
  • Prepare regular status reports and support the team in presentations and client meetings. 
  • Help identify potential project risks and escalate issues to the Project Manager as needed. 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or equivalent industry experience. 
  • 8+ years of professional experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in construction or engineering project support roles, with exposure to data centers or large mechanical/electrical systems preferred. 
  • Basic understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and project coordination. 
  • Familiarity with reading construction drawings and technical documents. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar). 
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

Location: On-site near Lubbock, Texas.

Base Pay - $140,000-$190,000

The pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks-while ensuring internal parity across our teams. In addition to competitive base pay, total compensation may include a discretionary annual bonus and a market leading comprehensive health and wellness benefits package.
