We are seeking a Junior Engineer to support Airborne Electronic Warfare systems and related engineering, test, sustainment, and integration efforts supporting mission-critical defense systems used by Navy and DoD aviation platforms.

This role requires in-person support. 

Duties:

  • Support engineering activities for Airborne Electronic Warfare systems, subsystems, and related support equipment.
  • Assist with technical analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and evaluation of electronic systems and components.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, specifications, test procedures, and engineering documentation.
  • Support development and maintenance of technical documentation, reports, test data packages, and engineering change documentation.
  • Assist with system integration and laboratory testing.
  • Work with senior engineers to evaluate system performance, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support acceptance testing, data collection, failure analysis, and root cause investigations.
  • Interface with cross-functional teams including engineering, logistics, production, and quality.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

Required Experience:

  • 0–3 years of experience required; 1+ years preferred (including internships, co-ops, and research experience).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
