  • Perform root-cause analysis and failure-mode analysis to identify process limitations and develop corrective actions.
  • Conduct fundamental research to support next-generation memory technologies and process innovations.
  • Analyze pilot manufacturing and technology development data using statistical methods and AI-enabled analytical tools to support engineering decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • Must be enrolled as a student and not graduate before September 2027.
  • Demonstrated experience with experimental design, data analysis, and scientific or engineering research methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience Applying Artificial Intelligence, Leveraging AI, or Data Science techniques to analyze data, improve workflows, or support technical problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of statistics, statistical process control, and model-based problem-solving methodologies.
  • Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python, MATLAB, JMP, R, or similar analytical tools.
  • Experience Using AI, AI Assisted tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Generative AI technologies to improve productivity, automate analysis, or enhance technical decision-making.
  • Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes with deeper expertise in at least one process area.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical data into actionable recommendations and communicate findings to diverse technical audiences.
