Salary range (but not limited to):

94,200 - 115,200

About the role

We're looking for an AI Developer II to join our growing team!
What you'll do here:

  • Promote data exploitation and deliver AI-based and machine learning solutions used by the different teams of the organization and by customers.
  • Integrate a team with high visibility and which will offer you a wide array of challenges as part of projects involving speech recognition, image and data processing related to human behaviour, climate and geography, both in personal and commercial lines insurance.
  • Help evolve AI-based and machine-learning software products, while working on models required by the organization's systems.


What you bring to the table:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics or any combination of equivalent education and experience
  • 5 years of experience in software development
  • Proficiency with Python
  • Excellent understanding of machine learning
  • A developer passionate about artificial intelligence, able to interact with software engineers, data scientists and R&D teams
  • An agent of change
  • Adept at translating a business problem into a technology solution
  • Comfortable working in complex environments that are constantly evolving and multidisciplinary team
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
