Job Summary:

We are seeking an AI Engineer – Finance to join the Finance Transformation and AI team, focused on designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI and automation solutions that modernize finance processes and improve decision-making.
This role goes beyond traditional analytics and modeling to deliver scalable, reusable solutions integrated into enterprise workflows across Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Treasury, Tax, and Controllers. You will work closely with finance stakeholders, data engineers, and technology teams to translate business needs into practical, high-impact AI applications, including machine learning models, generative AI solutions, and workflow automations.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder and strong collaborator, comfortable working independently while engaging cross-functional teams and clearly communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders. This role is critical to establishing durable internal capability by moving from insights to productionized solutions that drive measurable business value.
This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI, machine learning, and automation solutions that support Finance Transformation across FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Controllers
  • Translate finance business problems into scalable, reusable solutions—not one-off analyses—that improve forecasting, planning, reporting, and decision-making
  • Develop and integrate data pipelines, models, and AI-enabled applications, including generative AI, agents, and automation workflows, using enterprise finance data
  • Partner closely with finance stakeholders, SMEs, data engineers, and IT to shape solutions, validate outputs, and drive adoption into real workflows
  • Ensure solutions are production-ready by supporting deployment, monitoring, testing, documentation, and compliance with governance and responsible AI standards
  • Contribute to reusable engineering patterns, tools, and standards that accelerate delivery across Finance AI use cases
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Finance, or a related field, with 2–3 years of relevant experience; or a master’s degree in one of the above fields
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML, analytics, or data solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud/data platforms in a business environment
Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • Experience working with finance processes and data, such as FP&A, forecasting, general ledger, variance analysis, and financial KPIs
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP), data pipelines, orchestration/agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain), vector databases, APIs, and modern deployment practices, including MLOps, CI/CD, and monitoring
  • Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, RAG, or AI-driven workflow automation
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to connect technical work to business value and measurable outcomes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
