Engineering AssociateOur client is seeking four motivated Engineering Associates to support the design, planning, and management of electric distribution systems. As an entry-level distribution engineering role, the Engineering Associate will work closely with experienced engineers to ensure the reliable and efficient delivery of electric power to customers. This role offers hands-on fieldwork, data analysis, customer interaction, and exposure to utility-grade engineering tools and systems.Key Responsibilities:Distribution System Design: Assist in creating and optimizing distribution system layouts under the supervision of senior engineers. Prepare detailed design drawings and technical documentation for projects.Customer Interaction & Field Work: Meet with customers in the field to determine service needs and gather data for engineering decisions.Data Collection & Analysis: Analyze load data, system performance metrics, and asset conditions to support design and planning.Equipment Selection: Assist in selecting and specifying equipment such as transformers, switches, circuit breakers, and protection devices based on load requirements.Compliance & Safety: Ensure design work complies with safety codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
