As an Entry-Level Structural Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced Structural Engineers, Project Engineers, and industry experts to design innovative precast concrete building systems for commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission-critical, and advanced manufacturing facilities.

From your first day, you'll gain hands-on experience with structural analysis, design, manufacturing, and field operations while contributing to real projects that shape skylines and communities. Competitive Compensation:
$85,000-100,000 annually, depending on experience.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the structural design of precast concrete building systems.
  • Perform structural calculations and engineering analysis under the guidance of experienced engineers.
  • Learn the design of beams, columns, walls, floor systems, stairs, and other structural components.
  • Develop engineering details, calculations, and construction documents.
  • Coordinate with Project Engineers, Project Managers, Manufacturing, and Field Operations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in design meetings and solve real-world engineering challenges.
  • Learn industry-leading structural analysis software and engineering tools.
  • Visit manufacturing facilities and project sites to understand how designs are fabricated and installed.
  • Support multiple projects while developing technical and project management skills.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering.
  • EIT certification or the ability to obtain shortly after graduation.
  • 0-3 years of structural engineering experience.
  • Internship or co-op experience is a plus but not required.
  • Passion for structural engineering and a desire to build a long-term career.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ETABS, RAM, RISA, SAP2000, or similar structural analysis software.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software.
  • Interest in precast concrete design and construction.
