Machines include Radial hot and cold forging machines, high capacity cutting cam and crankshaft milling machines, ultrasonic cutting machines and tape laying machines for composites as well as high speed milling machines. Located in Chesapeake, VA, the company is known for its innovative production technologies and commitment to quality. As a Full-Time Administrative Salesclerk (Entry Level Clerical Position), you will play a key role in supporting the sales and service teams by handling administrative tasks, assisting with customer communications, and ensuring smooth order processing. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, internationally active family business and gain valuable experience in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support sales managers and coordinators with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Assist in preparing quotations and processing orders for customers
  • Maintain and update customer records and files
