Position Description:
Tiber is seeking a Software Engineer / Data Analyst to join a fast-paced engineering team focused on building and integrating modern software and data-driven solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy applications that leverage AI/ML technologies, automation, and scalable cloud-native architectures.
You will collaborate closely with software engineers and data analysts to develop prototypes, enhance existing systems, and support the delivery of production-ready capabilities. This position requires comfort working in dynamic environments where requirements evolve and rapid iteration is expected.
Required Skills
  • Experience working with AI/ML platforms, tools, or workflows
  • Production-level software development experience in Python or JavaScript
  • Experience deploying and managing production services in cloud or distributed environments
  • Experience with containerization and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence

Nice to Have
  • Experience with agentic AI tools or AI-assisted development platforms (e.g., Claude Code, Codex)
  • Additional programming language experience (e.g., Java, C, or similar)
  • Experience building web applications using JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue
  • Experience working with cybersecurity-related datasets (e.g., network traffic, OS logs, or event data)
  • Familiarity with large-scale data processing or analytics environments
  • Experience in production-scale data analysis or security-focused engineering environments

Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must hold an active clearance with a Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

  • This position involves sedentary work with physical requirements expected for at least 50% of the time. Essential functions include prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and talking.
