Workforce Data Strategy (Data Management & Business Intelligence): Develop role-based dashboards, workforce models, and predictive analytics to support data-driven decision-making.  Development of Power BI and Tableau dashboards, structured data governance, and enterprise reporting.  Data Engineer Candidates work to facilitate Workforce Data Strategy delivering Workforce Planning & Strategic Human Capital Analytics - Training Analytics & Optimization through Build pipelines | manage data | enable analytics.  Further, they Develop ETL pipelines, manage data architecture, support analytics platforms.
