Location:
127 Public Square, Cleveland Ohio
Hours: 7:30am-3:30pm ET; flexibility required to meet business needs at times.
Location: Hybrid opportunity requiring minimally 2 days in office per week.
Job Summary
Position will provide leadership for complex large event productions including audio controls, video controls, encoders and streaming services. The candidate will need to host, edit and produce podcasts and recorded video productions. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills working with clients and peer team members. The qualified candidate will participate in multiple projects and work closely with clients to ensure that systems requirements are fulfilled.
Job Function and Responsibilities
  • Setup, test, and maintaining equipment used for videoconferencing integrated room systems and special custom projects
  • Design and develop audio, video and data conferencing solutions using Audio, Video and UI components such as Crestron/AMX control systems
  • Create and maintain system and documentation for testing and validation of equipment
  • Work in a team environment collaboratively
  • Support Executives and their Admins in meeting setup & planning
  • Troubleshooting issues quickly and communicate to the clients
  • Maintain relevant and current knowledge and be a leader, within assigned technical field
  • Prioritize work efforts and multitask in a very fast-paced environment

  • Lift AV gear weighing approximately 40-50 lbs.

Target Experience & Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Experience producing and managing video shoots including camera controls, lighting and video editing
  • Experience with video editing products such as Adobe After Effects and Creative Cloud
  • Experience hosting large live events using encoders such as OBS and Wirecast
  • Experience hosting events on enterprise platforms such as Zoom webinars and Vbrick and Livestream
  • Experience with video switchers and video routing capabilities
  • Experience with video conference equipment troubleshooting and resolution
  • Experience with user requirements gathering and analysis for event planning
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment playing multiple roles with challenging deadlines
  • Must have a keen attention to detail

Preferred Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in event production is preferred
  • Experience with conferencing solutions such as Cisco Room kits, polycom or zoom rooms
  • Ability to configure and program video switchers and audio board controllers
  • Ability to create and design a video storyboard

Physical Demands
  • General Office - Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face to face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop.
  • Must be able to lift AV gear weighing approximately 40-50 lbs.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $63,000.00 - $96,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
