Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering individualized psychotherapy services to clients facing various mental health concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs using evidence-based practices.
  • Providing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to support client progress and recovery.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.
  • Participating in regular case consultations, peer reviews, and team meetings to share insights and enhance the overall quality of care.
  • Educating patients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and available resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
