LABA – Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst – DuPont

Location: DuPont - Clinic and Home-Based ABA Therapy
Position Available: Full-Time
Rate of Pay: $33-$37 hourly

Job Responsibilities:
Provide clinic and/or home-based ABA Therapy to children with autism in DuPont and the surrounding areas.
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (CBTs/RBTs).
Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Holds a current license from WA State as an LABA.
Strong work ethic with patience and resilience.
Passionate about helping children.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Reliable transportation.
Qualifications:
A current license as an LaBA in WA.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Experience in the fields of Applied Behavior Analysis, ABA Therapy, Autism, Education, Precision Teaching, Clinical Direction, Management of others.
