Our team is growing to continue to serve our community. S.E.E.K. Arizona has been committed to providing quality care to individuals and families in the Valley for over 20 years. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA therapy programs designed by Clinical Supervisors
  • Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progress
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatment
  • Participate in regular training and supervision sessions

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with children, especially those with special needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation for travel to clients' homes

Supervision and Support:

  • Regular in-person supervision and direction sessions with Clinical Supervisor
  • Access to Clinical Supervisor support outside of scheduled direction sessions
  • Access to peer collaboration with other community-based providers
  • Access to resources needed for providing in-home and community-based services

Working Conditions:

  • Flexible, part-time scheduling options
  • We provide each home and community-based Technician with a supply kit to ensure they have everything they need in the home and community (health and safety supplies, sanitation supplies, stimuli and materials, and preferred items for clients)

Home and Community Screening Process:

To ensure the safety and effectiveness of in-home and community-based ABA services, we maintain a thoughtful screening process, including:

  • Initial home environment assessment
  • Safety checklist completion
  • Family interview and orientation
  • Regular reassessments to maintain optimal therapy conditions
