Position Overview

The General Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of a warehouse by handling various tasks related to our inventory. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, flexibility in day-to-day tasks and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role will help out in various areas of the warehouse. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential to ensure smooth daily operations.

This role will report to the Director of Warehouse Operations

Responsibilities

  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Sorting like devices and commodities.
  • Triage product for the next production process.
  • Manual palletizing of equipment.
  • Unpack and assess incoming assets for possible resale or recycling and move assets through our production process with both care and speed.
  • Organize the warehouse space, including sweeping and recycling/trash removal.
  • Assist other warehouse staff as needed.
  • May require use of computers, emails, scanners, forklifts, pallet jack and other material handling equipment.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects.

Education amp; Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • 1-3 years' work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility.
  • Experience operating a forklift is a plus.
