Job description

Manufacturing Technical Coordinator (Semiconductor)
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Shift: Swing Shift โ€“ 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technical Coordinator to support production and development activities within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role involves working with delicate microelectronic components and collaborating closely with engineering and production teams to meet quality and output goals.
This is a hands-on position requiring precision, focus, and the ability to follow detailed technical instructions in a controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle small, delicate integrated circuit (IC) components with care
  • Perform soldering, epoxy application, and wire bonding under a microscope
  • Follow detailed diagrams, process documentation, and engineering specifications
  • Prepare components for reliability testing
  • Input and track data using Microsoft Office and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • Communicate effectively with engineers, trainers, and team members
  • Follow strict ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols and cleanroom procedures
  • Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with microscopes and small components preferred
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
  • Ability to follow detailed written and visual instructions
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in semiconductor or precision manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and 5S principles
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
