Data Coordinator [0078]
Nonprofit association seeks a permanent Data Coordinator to maintain data systems and support research initiatives.ย 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and distribute annual surveys while developing pertinent reporting tools and materials.
  • Track survey responses and provide technical assistance to respondents regarding submissions.ย 
  • Support departmental reporting by regularly conducting data entry and statistical analysis.
  • Perform quality assurance, which includes validating, verifying, and editing data.ย 
  • Prepare survey reports by formatting and maintaining data tables.ย 
  • Receive inquiries and requests related to data and reporting from internal and external stakeholders.ย 
  • Assist with additional special projects and research activities as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with survey design, complex datasets, and qualitative reporting.ย 
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in statistical software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Collaborative with the ability to work independently.ย 
  • Effectively manages and prioritizes tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Exercises good judgment with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:
